YUMMY YUMMY SALAD
Hey peeps! Today's recipe will be this simple and yummy rucola + mozzarella salad. To be perfectly honest, I'm one of those people that HATES vegetables. I'm fine when other people prepare it for me, but if I have to prepare it myself, I wouldn't do it. But yeah, once in a while when my logic kicks in, I realize that I still need to eat vegetables. So my last resort is always a salad - it's simple, cheap, healthy, fast and you can mix it with anything you want! Try this simple recipe but super duper yumyum!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Mozzarella cheese (It's sold in bags with 1 cheese in each bag)
- Rucola
- 1 Tomato
- Balsamic vinegar (Balsamico)
- 1 tea spoon Sunflower seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the tomato and mozzarella cheese in small pieces, put it on a plate
- Throw in a handful of rucola and a small amount of sunflower seeds (appx. 1 tea spoon)
- Put in a pinch of salt and a bit of pepper
- Put in the balsamic vinegar according to your taste. Take note that balsamic vinegar has a really strong sour taste so if this is your first time trying it, just put a little bit first. For me personally, I like my salad with a lot of balsamic vinegar because then the mozzarella cheese absorbs the vinegar. yummy.
